Paul Keigher - Chief Executive Officer
Since taking over the position of CEO and creating the OneWorld Localization Center in the year 2000, Paul has overseen a steady investment in people, solutions and technology at Tek. He has further expanded the business model to create OneWorld Centers to support customers in the Americas, Europe and Asia in their own time zones.
Tek continues to invest heavily in technology and process under Paul's leadership, and Tek's platform for globalization projects and suite of on-demand language tools will continue to be a primary technology focus.
Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Paul served at Tek for 18 years in technical management positions.
Ken Behan – Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Ken Behan leads the company’s worldwide sales operations. He joined Tek in 2007, bringing more than 20 years of sales experience both in Europe and the U.S. Ken has held senior positions in the localization industry, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe at Bowne Global Solutions (now Lionbridge), where he spent nine years. Prior to that, he served as Business Development Manager at Sybex and held senior sales positions with Xerox and Siemens Nixdorf. Ken also co-founded Premier Information Systems, a company providing integrated accounting solutions.
Damian Archer – Director of Enterprise Architecture
As Director of Enterprise Architecture, Damian Archer is responsible for developing Tek’s OneWorld Platform as well as expanding Tek’s associated online technologies, tools and services.
Damian joined Tek in 2006, bringing a decade of experience managing large-scale international projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In 2004, he co-founded BrightWords, an international professional services company where he spearheaded work on a unique multilanguage helpdesk platform. Before that, Damian held executive positions at Bowne Global Solutions (now Lionbridge) including Vice President of Enterprise Analysis and Integration. Damian holds degrees in Mathematics, Experimental Psychology, and Sound Engineering from the University of Nice (France), and has done postdoctoral work in computer science at the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles.
Cristina Arroyo – General Manager
Cristina Arroyo currently serves as Tek’s General Manager. She is responsible for corporate pricing, the financial control team and the development of partnerships, agreements and contracts with new and existing customers. Cristina joined Tek in 1995 and has been heavily involved in the company's growth during the past five years as a result of the establishment of the OneWorld Localization Center.
Cristina graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Universidad de Autónoma in Madrid; she also holds a postgraduate degree in Management by Objectives, which she obtained in 1999.
